How do I Unsubscribe from your app?

In the App, navigate to Menu and select Subscription. Here you will be provided information on your subscription.

 

iOS: Open your phone's Settings, select your Apple ID and finally select Subscriptions. Here you will find a list of all your active subscriptions. By selecting a subscription, you will be given the opportunity to change it as needed.

 

Android: Open your Google Play Store app, at the top right, tap the profile icon and then select Payments & subscriptions. By selecting a subscription, you will be given the opportunity to change that subscription as needed.​​

How do I get a NHLS account?

Directly from your local NHLS Laboratory.

Alternatively you can send an email to the NHLS IT desk at, helpdesk@nhls.ac.za and request their help with setting up your NHLS credentials.

How do I Reset my NHLS password?

The NHLS resets passwords once a month. Please make sure you have updated your credentials. Up-to-date credentials are essential for the Scanner to work properly.

Do you store my username and password?

Your credentials are securely stored on your device and never leaves it. No one can remotely retrieve your information, or that of your patients.
